- Conduct outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
- Present product demos and explain pest control solutions clearly to prospective clients, emphasizing benefits and technical features.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and upselling additional services to maximize revenue.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness within assigned territories, utilizing CRM software for tracking prospects and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales interactions, client information, and territory activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on business development or account management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and analysis to identify client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for lead management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for product demos, cold calling, inside sales, and territory management.
