Paintball Field Staff (Referee & Event Host)

As a Paintball Field Staff member, you’ll be responsible for running games, ensuring player safety, and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest from birthday parties and first-time players to experienced groups.

What You’ll Do:

• Referee and manage paintball games.
• Explain safety rules and game objectives to players.
• Keep games fun, fair, and moving efficiently.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help players with equipment and answer questions.
• Monitor the field to ensure everyone follows safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain rental equipment and staging areas.
• Assist with field setup, organization, and general facility upkeep.
• Help create an exciting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable speaking to groups of people.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• No paintball experience required, we provide all training.

Schedule:

Part-Time

• Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Ideal for applicants looking for weekend-only work.

Full-Time

• Weekend availability is required.
• Must also be available for weekday shifts when private groups and events are scheduled.
• Weekday hours vary based on bookings, so flexibility is essential.

Pay:

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour plus tips
• Team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are eligible for an increase to $20.00 per hour after a successful 30 working-day evaluation period.
• Additional opportunities for raises and leadership positions are available based on performance.
• Paid training provided.
