What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paver Installer position at Xtreme Landscapes & Design LLC?
We have a couple of positions we are looking to fill. We are seeing an experienced paver installer with knowledge of leading a crew/running a jobsite. Drivers license is a must. We also need someone who has irrigation experience. You will be responsible for whole system installs and troubleshooting problems. Big plus if you can also operate heavy equpiment, such as Kubota SVL's. These positions pay based on experience and are hourly. Attendance is very important. You count on us for a paycheck, we count on you to come and work every day. Raises are given based on improvement, performance, and the overall value you bring to the team. Xtreme Landscapes & Design LLC has been in business for over 5 years, and we are licensed, insured, and locally owned. We are equipped to handle most any outdoor project, from simple clean ups to transforming your entire outdoor living space. We offer lawn care and maintenance, sod and artificial turf installs, flower bed/ garden design and installs, paver installations and repairs, irrigation installs and repairs, plant packages, land grading and prep, leaf and debris removal, fertilizer and weed treatments, and just about anything outdoors! This is not an entry level position. We do not have to time to train at the moment. If you know pavers like the mastewr of tetris or can rebuild a backflow in 3 minutes, then you are who we want.
