Xtreme Home Infusion is a newly launched home infusion nursing agency expanding beyond New York. We are hiring our first ground-up operator in new markets.
If you’ve run home infusion before and want to build something from zero—contracts, nurses, systems, referrals—this role is for you.
If you’re looking to inherit an established operation, this is not it.
The Mission
Own the launch and growth of Xtreme Home Infusion in your market.
You will:
- Build operations from scratch
- Secure pharmacy, payer, and referral relationships
- Hire and lead infusion nurses
- Ensure full clinical and regulatory compliance
You will have strong back-office support (billing, compliance, corporate leadership).
Execution, ownership, and results are on you.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and scale a home infusion nursing operation
- Establish contracts and referral pipelines
- Recruit, onboard, and manage infusion RNs
- Build workflows, policies, and clinical standards
- Drive quality, compliance, and growth
Who We’re Looking For
- Deep experience in home infusion nursing operations (non-negotiable)
- Previously held senior roles such as:
- Executive Director
- Administrator
- Director of Nursing (Home Infusion)
- Regional Operations Leader
- Proven builder mindset — you’ve started, scaled, or fixed programs
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment
- Entrepreneurial, accountable, and decisive
