Role Description The Concrete Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Crestwood, KY. This position is responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces for flooring and related projects. Day-to-day tasks include site preparation, setting forms, mixing and pouring concrete, operating relevant tools and equipment, and ensuring surfaces are leveled and finished according to project specifications. The Concrete Technician assists with inspections of completed work, follows construction safety procedures, and collaborates with supervisors and coworkers to meet project timelines. The role also involves maintaining tools and work areas, reporting any issues that may affect quality or safety, and adhering to company and regulatory standards on every job.
Qualifications

- Strong commitment to Construction Safety, including proper use of PPE, safe equipment operation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher, flooring installer, or construction technician beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Crestwood, KY and consistent punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant trade or vocational training is a plus.
