Xtreme Exteriors, the leading company for exterior remodeling and new build projects in Shawnee, KS is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to pursue leads and close sales in the residential remodeling industry. Successful representatives will work with home owners to provide comprehensive and long-lasting solutions to their home's exterior needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customers' needs and provide tailored remodeling.
- Present and promote Xtreme Exteriors' products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ability to self generate leads as well as run appointments for inbound leads.
- Work home shows, trade shows, networking events, and chamber of commerce meetings ETC.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential sales is a plus, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of exterior remodeling products and services is a plus.
- A high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
