- No experience required, we will train you
- Assist in loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials each day
- Set up utilities (water, power, generators) and stage jobsite work zones
- Operate grinding equipment, hand grinders, polishers, and related tools (we train you)
- Take before/after and progress photos; log and label work zones
- Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and equipment
- Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Track material usage and assist with inventory
- Complete daily work orders, job logs, and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Communicate clearly with leads, PMs, and teammates
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to work day shifts or night shifts, depending on customer schedules
- Experience in flooring, construction, or concrete is a plus, but not required
- Full-time, W-2 position, on-site role with growth potential
- Competitive hourly pay: $18 - $25, depending on experience.
