Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials each day
• Set up utilities (water, power, generators) and stage jobsite work zones
• Operate grinding equipment, hand grinders, polishers, and related tools (we train you)
• Take before/after and progress photos; log and label work zones
• Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and equipment
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
• Track material usage and assist with inventory
• Complete daily work orders, job logs, and documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
• Communicate clearly with leads, PMs, and teammates
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work day shifts or night shifts, depending on customer schedules
• Experience in flooring, construction, or concrete is a plus, but not required
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 position, on-site role with growth potential
• Competitive hourly pay: $18 - $25, depending on experience.
