Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions across various channels including in-person, phone, and online.
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, product recommendations, and personalized consultations.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and tracking sales performance.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred) to serve diverse customer needs.
- Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or services to maximize outreach efforts.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and support overall sales objectives.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or outside sales is highly desirable; a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse communities.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is beneficial but not required.
- Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling environments is preferred.
