Duties

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to match customer needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing confidently to close high-end sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management using CRM software.
  • Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer’s purchase experience and increase dealership revenue.
  • Manage inventory control and assist with retail math calculations to meet sales targets efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of inventory management and dealership operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual abilities (multilingual skills are a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, outbound sales techniques, and marketing strategies to support lead generation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory control procedures, and retail math is highly desirable.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
