Upper-Level Gymnastics Coach (Level 6/Platinum or Higher)
Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Upper-Level Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about athlete development, has a strong technical background, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
We are searching for a coach with proven experience working with Level 6/Platinum or higher athletes. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in technique, progression-based training, routine construction, and safe skill development. This coach will help guide our optional athletes to success by fostering confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport.
Responsibilities
Coach and mentor optional-level athletes (Lv. 6/Platinum )

Create and implement lesson plans, skill progressions, drills, and conditioning programs

Choreograph or assist with optional routines and routine refinement

Evaluate athlete readiness for new skills with safety as the top priority

Assist with meet season preparation and attend competitions

Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a positive training culture

Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at Level 6/Platinum or higher required

Strong knowledge of optional-level technique and safe progressions

Ability to spot upper-level skills (or willingness to learn/continue training)

USAG Professional Membership or willingness to obtain

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
