We’re looking for a Front Desk / Hospitality Associate to be the first point of contact for our families and athletes. This role is all about customer service, communication, and keeping our gym running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Greet families and athletes with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Assist parents with registrations, billing, and questions
Provide information about programs, schedules, and events
Support the coaching staff by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
