🔧 What You'll Do:
✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating & air conditioning systems
✔ Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
✔ Clearly explain repair options to customers
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
✔ Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride
✅ Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 Years Of Residential HVAC Service Experience
✔ EPA Certification (Required)
✔ OSHA Certification (Required)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-first mentality
✔ Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
✔ Ability to work independently while supporting the team
