Professional Home Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard for our clients.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold company standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Experience in custodial roles or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
