Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our event marketing programs in the U.S. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and community growth through a diverse portfolio of events—including trade shows, owned events, partnerships, and mobile activations.
You will play a key role in creating memorable, high-impact experiences that connect our brand with customers, creators, and partners.
⸻Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the U.S. event marketing strategy and calendar aligned with business objectives and product initiatives
- Plan and manage a diverse mix of events, including industry events, owned experiences, partner activations, and touring/mobile formats
- Define success metrics and track performance across lead generation, brand awareness, and business impact
- Conduct post-event analysis and continuously optimize strategy and ROI
- Manage event budgets to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources⸻
2. End-to-End Event Execution
- Lead full-cycle event execution, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, booth design, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Serve as the on-site lead for key events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documentation
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors

- Design engaging, interactive event experiences that go beyond traditional formats
- Develop hands-on activations, live demonstrations, and immersive brand interactions
- Partner with internal teams to drive pre-event promotion and post-event engagement
- Identify opportunities to capture compelling content, customer stories, and user-generated content

- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to drive high-quality lead generation
- Ensure effective lead capture, qualification, and handoff processes
- Support conversion by aligning event strategy with broader revenue goals
⸻5. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including retailers, community organizations, and industry groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and global teams to ensure alignment
- Identify and execute co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities

- Support the development of a strong and engaged user and creator community through events
- Drive participation, advocacy, and long-term engagement
- Help turn event interactions into ongoing relationships

- Work with content and PR teams to maximize the reach and impact of events
- Ensure events are leveraged for storytelling, social media, and brand building
- Contribute to the creation of scalable content assets from event activations
⸻Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4 years of experience in event marketing (B2C or B2B), preferably in tech, consumer products, or related industries
- Proven experience managing events of varying sizes and formats
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
