Your Mission: As our next Beacon Analyst, you will serve as a key contributor to our application support and delivery function. Reporting to the Application Manager, you will provide intermediate-level, system-level support for multi-user clinical applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these systems, while applying your growing expertise in Epic software and systems analysis.
You will also bring strong project management knowledge, including the ability to participate in and help lead project planning sessions, establish project goals and milestones, and support the development of project procedures. You will contribute to managing projects of varying complexity and collaborate closely with project leaders on project planning and execution to help ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Strong customer service and communication skills will be essential to your success. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and other internal departments, as well as Xtensys team members, to educate and train users, support current applications, and contribute to project goals. Your ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively will help ensure the success and continued effectiveness of our software applications.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- System Lifecycle Management: Execute fulllifecycle system builds, including rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting of clinical issues during upgrades and implementations.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Synchronize system features with business objectives by partnering with Revenue, Clinical, and IT teams.
- Strategic Troubleshooting: Investigate complex system discrepancies to develop and deploy sustainable, longterm technical solutions.
- EndUser Advocacy: Partner with the training team to deliver highquality support and technical troubleshooting for staff and clinicians.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate professional interactions and clear communication between stakeholders, technical staff, and endusers.
- OnCall Support: Participate in a scheduled oncall rotation to ensure continuous system stability, issue resolution, and support.
- Industry Expertise: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of application support and an understanding of the unique requirements, workflows, and demands of a clinical healthcare environment.

Coordinates resources and projects across Xtensys, monitors progress, and identifies, mitigates, and communicates risks and issues. Effectively manages multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development, applying new knowledge to improve individual and team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Epic Beacon Certification required.
- Epic Ambulatory Certification preferred.
- Must have 3 years of experience in technology, healthcare, or related industry.
- Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for long periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.
- Up to 25% (this includes ‘golive’ implementations)
Salary : $85,000 - $122,000
