Objective:
Xssentials is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team at our Aspen, CO location.
Job Duties:
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring operational activities across departments
- Support inventory management and logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise Software
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Assist with scheduling, project updates, and tracking task completion
- Provide daily reports to management on operational progress, project updates, and task status
