Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our clients and service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, excels at communication, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will handle incoming service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure all service tickets are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client and technician calls with professionalism
- Provide basic phone‑based troubleshooting and support
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Create, update, and manage service tickets in ConnectWise
- Review documentation to ensure all service needs are clearly identified
- Serve as the communication link between clients and technicians
- Greet and assist visitors in the Vail office
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency with ConnectWise, Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick, informed decisions
