Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Administrator to join our team!
- Initiate and set up new client transactions within proprietary systems
- Conduct client interviews to gather required information for credit evaluations while gaining insight into business operations and equipment needs
- Obtain and analyze credit reports and business data, including CBR, PayNet, financial statements, and Secretary of State records
- Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare concise summaries with underwriting recommendations
- Assist in structuring transactions and identifying solutions to secure deal approvals
- Provide regular status updates to vendor sales representatives and internal sales teams
- Support transaction documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to additional tasks as needed
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
