XRHealth is the global leader in immersive healthcare, delivering virtual reality therapy devices to patients at home. We're scaling our D2C patient acquisition engine and need a performance marketer who will own it.



The Role

This is a highly hands-on ownership role responsible for directly managing and optimizing our paid acquisition engine to drive measurable patient growth.


We are looking for a performance marketer who owns both strategy and execution with proven experience in U.S. healthcare D2C marketing. You will spend most of your time inside Google Ads and Meta Ads, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, testing creatives, managing budgets, and driving patient acquisition.


You will serve as XRHealth's internal expert for paid media, owning execution, measurement, and continuous optimization across our paid channels.



What You'll Do

Paid Media Execution & Ownership


  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Discovery, and Demand Gen
  • Own day-to-day campaign management: bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and targeting
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and platform configuration


Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and act on what you find
  • Continuously improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Optimize bids, audiences, placements, and creative performance


Measurement & Analytics

  • Own the performance tracking stack: GA4, tag management, attribution tools, and dashboards
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
  • Track KPIs, identify issues early, and measure performance against acquisition goals
  • Partner with the data team on lead quality, pipeline attribution, and reporting


Testing & Channel Expansion

  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Identify and lead testing across new and emerging paid acquisition channels
  • Optimize conversion paths and landing page performance


Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing ad assets
  • Communicate performance clearly to stakeholders who don't live in the platforms



What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years managing paid media campaigns
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads — required
  • Proven experience managing $50K monthly ad spend
  • Strong experience across Search, Paid Social, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Strong analytical skills: GA4, attribution tools, dashboards, spreadsheets
  • Experience optimizing full funnels including landing pages and conversion paths
  • Experience producing clear performance reports and translating data into decisions
  • Experience with HubSpot — required


Required

  • Proven D2C healthcare marketing experience in the U.S.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare advertising compliance and restrictions
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant advertising practices


Nice to Have

  • Experience with medical devices, telehealth, or health subscriptions
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments



This Role Is NOT

Not a management role. You will be managing campaigns, not people.


Not a strategy-only role. You'll own both strategy and execution. You'll develop and execute D2C patient acquisition strategies for the U.S. healthcare market, and then go build and run them yourself inside the platforms. 


Not a set-it-and-forget-it role. These campaigns need daily attention. If you prefer to automate everything and check in weekly, this will not be a good fit.
