XR Solutions is seeking out a Sales Account Manager. All training provided!
Our sales account managers will act as a liaison providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer's accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and communicative. They love to talk. Our sales account managers can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally, and the target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customer
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
