We are searching for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with facial aesthetics experience and are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. We are seeking someone who is service-driven and professional.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures in a safe and professional manner

· Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals and create personalized treatment plans

· Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards

· Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and ongoing skincare recommendations

· Collaborate with our team of aestheticians and wellness professionals to deliver integrated treatment solutions

· Stay up to date on industry advancements, new products, and treatment techniques

Compliance:

· Adhere to all regulations and polices related to spa operations.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding guests’ information and spa procedures.

· Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning and sanitization of massage rooms and equipment.

· Follow spa policies and procedures related to health and safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida
• Certification and hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing cosmetic injections
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client education
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product knowledge, with a focus on delivering natural-looking results
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of medical aesthetics
