Armed Security Guard (Full-Time)

 Summary of Job: 

• Highly competent security skills.
• Ability to maintain composer in high stress situations.
• Able to provide strong and clear judgement in using restraint.
• Ability to assess critical security matters and provide swift and reasonable decision making.
• Must maintain extremely high professionalism when dealing with individuals. 

What You Will Do:

• Maintain security at a school for staff, students, and faculty.  
• Uphold professional demeanor through all situations.  
• Ensure safety for staff, faculty, and students.
• Check in students at school entrance.
• Speak with parents in regards to safety and security.
• Must be able to withstand difficult working environment. To include unruly students, parents, and /or staff.
• As a security officer you may encounter verbal conflict with students and/or parents and must be able to not engage.
• May need to de-escalate hostile situation and encounters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a valid Security Experience. 
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be capable of performing all physical requirements including standing, walking, and sitting
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, etc.)
