Xpressdocs is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Fort Worth-based team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving client success, growing revenue, and building lasting relationships by promoting the full suite of Xpressdocs solutions.

In this position, you will:
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and expanding client use of Xpressdocs products and services.
- Represent and support our full range of products and services.
- Train, develop, and manage client accounts and databases.
- Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the Xpressdocs platform, including functionality, pricing, and client-specific programs and products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by analyzing client needs and recommending effective implementation strategies.
- Document, organize, and communicate client requirements to support detailed project planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while responding quickly to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time to attend client meetings, tradeshows, and events to support business needs.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a minimum 5 years' experience in similar client facing role.
- Are quality conscious, detail orientated, organized, and self-motivated.
- Can anticipate problems and resolve effectively.
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have the physical ability to work at a desk (up to 80%) and move throughout departments (up to 20%).
- Have the ability to operate standard office equipment and work in a cubicle setting.
