Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who can provide quality residential and commercial plumbing services and prepare accurate estimates for customers. This role includes both service work and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Travel to customer locations to evaluate plumbing issues and prepare written estimates.
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers.
- Complete service tickets, estimate forms, and related documentation accurately.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
- Attend a brief team meeting every Monday morning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing service and repair experience.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Must have your own standard hand tools (the company will provide larger specialized tools for jobs).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Ability to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
