Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Duties
- Greet customers as they pull up in the parking lot and place a window tag on vehicle.
- Pull vehicles into the shop for service.
- Air up the tires to 40 psi.
- Vacuum out the front floor boards of the vehicle.
- Clean the windows on the front and rear of the vehicles.
- Pull vehicles out and assist with guiding vehicles into the service bay.
- Utilize janitorial skills to keep the workspace organized and free from debris.
Experience
- Previous experience in car wash or detailing preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Customer service experience is highly valued as it enhances client interactions.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and cleaning products is a plus.
- Driving experience is necessary to operate vehicles safely during the detailing process.
