Requirements

- Reliable vehicle for transporting basic tools and equipment
- Your own tools, laptop, and diagnostic gear
- Strong computer and network troubleshooting skills
- Able to complete assignments independently
- Professional communication and customer interaction
- IT certifications or willingness to obtain them (CompTIA, etc.)
Types of Work
- In‑Store: diagnostics, hardware installs, upgrades, cleanup
- On‑Site: workstation setup, small office networking, device troubleshooting
- Remote: software fixes, configuration, account issues, performance tuning
- Documentation required for each assignment
How Assignments Work

- Work orders are offered during those windows
- Pay is per assignment or hourly depending on the work order type
