What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Trainer position at Xpress CDL LLC?

Will be working directly with owner to coordinate training sessions and schedule.
Work days typically start at 6am to around 2pm on an as needed basis. Flexible schedule, some days may only a few hours of work. Paid major holidays
May be training up to 2 people at a time. However mostly 1 on 1 training.
Trainer will be responsible for teaching everything necessary for students to pass their tests to achieve a class A or B license at the DMV the same day and follow ELDT curriculum.
Have the ability to travel to Strafford Mo location for training as needed.
Compensation:
$25 per hour starting out then $28 per hour once fully trained and on own.
Schedule:
Full Time 5 days per week. Weekends usually off but may be required to work as needed
Requirements:
2 years class A license holder.
Good communicator and good people skills.
Self Starter and self guided throughout the day
Punctuality
Responsible for any damage to equipment, buildings. etc
2 year School Bus endorsement.
2 year Hazmat endorsement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
