We are seeking candidates to fill this entry level administrative support person for our Sales/CS Team!
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

General Responsibilities:
- Monitor physical proof schedule and process manufacturing samples back to the customer including: taking photographs of samples; taking sample item(s) and paperwork to sample packing area; ensuring samples are sent and updating status’ in physical proof window to show receipt.
- Support remote CS Reps in printing, processing and changing job jackets as needed.
- Support onsite CS Reps by making changes to the production paperwork as needed; tracking orders through the factory and reporting status.
- Support CS Reps by entering re-orders as assigned.
- Support National Sales Director in various tasks including entering orders for virtuals or physical proofs; tracking key account inquiries and/or assisting with answering key account inquiries; general support in coordinating front-end tasks related to the Sales process.

- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Will assist with on the job training of new employee’s.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
