Job Title: Teacher Training Sales Manager

Location: Irvine, California

Reports To: Senior Vice President of Operations, YogaSix

Job Overview

This role focuses heavily on driving enrollments through strategic sales tactics for both corporate led trainings, self-paced trainings, and studio-hosted programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive enrollment in teacher training programs, targeting key demographics, and potential students
  • Student Enrollment & Communication
    • Handle inquiries, process applications/registrations, manage the enrollment process for prospective trainings. Provide ongoing proactive communication with potential students throughout their discovery process.
  • Program Updates & Communication
    • Keep students and potential trainees informed about new course offerings, special events, or changes to the program schedules.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online marketing, partnerships, and community outreach to build a consistent pipeline of prospective trainees
  • Sales Outreach, Follow-Up & Tracking
    • Engage with potential students through phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations, answering questions, providing information about the program, and addressing any concerns to move them through the sales funnel. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow up communication, and keep detailed records of all sales activities and interactions.
  • Enrollment Conversion
    • Work to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by creating personalized offers, following up with leads, and ensuring that potential trainees understand the value of the program.
  • Target Setting & Achievement
    • Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets, regularly reviewing performance and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, measure the success of sales strategies, and optimize sales processes. Provide regular reports to supervisor.
  • Program Knowledge
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the yoga teacher training program curriculums, benefits, and unique selling points, and communicate these effectively to potential students
  • Sales Presentations & Consultations
    • Host info sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to educate prospective students about the program and drive interest.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, sales, education, and operations to ensure the content aligns with the broader organizational goals and strategies.
  • Retention & Upselling
    • Engage with students post enrollment to ensure satisfaction with the program and explore opportunities for up selling additional services (such as advanced or additional trainings, workshops, or retreats), and products (such as prop packages)
Qualifications

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, 1 year experience preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting
  • Understanding of and passion for the fitness and wellness industry
  • Strong collaboration skills, being able to work effectively with other key players, as well as franchised location owners and their staff, to achieve established targets
  • Experienced with Microsoft suite
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Preferred: Graduate of YogaSix’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000
