We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our West region Digital Advertising Team. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team management. Preference will be given to those with a background in the hospitality or hotel industries.
This is a remote position requiring approximately 30% travel to customer locations, industry events, trade shows, hotels, and convention centers. Candidates should be located within convenient access to a major airport. Xpodigital's primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida.

The West Region Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership, performance, and development of Xpodigital's Digital Advertising Sales team. Success in this position is measured by team revenue growth, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, partner satisfaction, and the development of a high-performance sales culture.
Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you’ve gained competency in Xpodigital’s suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):
- Provide Sales Leadership and day-to-day management to the West region Digital Advertising sales team
- Drive new business into Revenue Share partnering properties through the accountability of measurable KPIs with team members
- Manage a team of sales and fulfillment associates for sales of DA at partner locations
- Provide weekly and monthly forecasts to management and partners
- Interact directly with support and creative teams to ensure strong policies and procedures
- Provide updates to the development team to ensure software and services are efficient and support the effective operation of the DA business
- Travel to potential, existing, and new DA locations for partner interaction and training (30%)
- Constantly seek opportunities for additional revenue streams and identify new products, services, and packages as the business evolves
- Work closely with VP of Client Relationships and the East Coast Leadership
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned event venue sales partners and other key staff as well as client event contacts
- Work closely with VP of Client Relations and East coast leadership
- Help develop new products and services as business evolves
- Manage pipeline across hotel and convention center spaces
- Bi Weekly One On One Meetings with Account Managers
- Sales Kick Off Meetings (Virtual and In Person)
- Site Kickoff (travel with account manager to all new business (hotels/ convention centers)
- Research and spec out suggested new LED locations at existing properties - drive prospects to the Business Development Team
- Staff training/onboarding
- Update and organize all future groups and revenue sites sheets
- Site visit assistance (meet & greet if necessary / backup only)
- Review month end with Digital Advertising team at the close of each month prior to submitting to Xpodigtal Accounting team
- Contract review and renewal discussions (in conjunction with VP)
