- 2 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
- Practical approach to partnering with business leaders and deliver scalable learning solutions that enable talent pipelining, capability building and succession planning
- Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving professional development programs leading to tangible and measurable results

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Own the design, development, and delivery of key professional development programs, including HR, Tech and Finance academies as well as professional development program for hourly employees
- Manage all professional development program roadmaps, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Support the development of as needed training solutions in Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft Office suite, including eLearning, workshops, webinars, employee guides, etc. on topics related to professional development
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform program improvements
- Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and executive sessions for support functions and frontline populations
- Oversee external vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with program goals and standards
- Continuously benchmark and integrate best practices in leadership and talent development
