What you’ll need to succeed as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of customer service, banking, accounts payable/receivable experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or successful employment history working in a high-volume customer global shared service/finance role
- Collection strategy software experience desired (HighRadius, Get Paid)
- Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications, as needed
- Oracle or SAP experience
- Online banking, lockbox exposure
- Fluent in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Complete a high volume of phone calls to B2B customers on a daily basis
- Document customer contact details in collection software
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues to enable payment of invoices
- Collaborate and foster effective communication with customer and sales partners
- Develop and track action plan to meet monthly individual and team goals
