We’re hiring a Staffing Specialist to join a growing light industrial and skilled trades team in Tulsa. This is a pure recruiting role—no sales—focused on filling high-volume roles and supporting a key client account.

What you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting for skilled and semi-skilled roles (welders, forklift operators, CNC machinists, etc.)
- Managing onboarding, paperwork, and first-day coordination
- Partnering closely with a key client to ensure smooth operations
- Handling time-sensitive communication and prioritizing urgent needs
- Supporting a high-performing team with aggressive growth goals
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of agency recruiting experience (light industrial preferred)
- High sense of urgency—you move fast and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Someone who thrives in a high-volume, results-driven environment
Details:
- Tulsa, OK (in-office, Monday–Friday)
- Typical hours: 7–4 or 8–5
