Account Executive – Fort Lauderdale | Field Sales Focus
We’re hiring a motivated, people-first Account Executive in Fort Lauderdale who’s ready to get out from behind the desk and build lasting relationships — one job site, lunch meeting, and conversation at a time.

Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL (local travel required from West Palm to Miami)
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000–$55,000
- Uncapped commission
- Full benefits package
- Mileage reimbursement

What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow a local book of business
- Spend 15 hours per week visiting job sites and meeting with potential clients
- Develop relationships with contractors, project managers, and local business owners
- Represent the company professionally in the field — boots and polo attire provided
- Use lead lists and route-planning tools to maximize efficiency
- Attend local events, host client lunches, and stay engaged in the community
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable with in-person visits and managing a local territory
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage is reimbursed)
