Description:

Project Lead Data Architect to fulfill a contract opportunity.  He or she will execute an integrated data solution to support a strategic initiative involving enterprise data solutions. Responsibilities include providing architecture oversight and governance through formal and informal interactions with the project technical teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

1.       Complete work products for project architect, transition work to technical leads, participate in design and implementation, capture technical debt.  
2.       The resource will be working across multiple teams creating and/or documenting architecture work products.  This will include solution approach documents, solution architecture documents, architecture decisions, and application roadmaps.  
3.       To complete this activity will require the resource to participate in or lead sessions to understand the business requirements and facilitate architecture design sessions to communicate potential solutions.
4.       Responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of an end-to-end solution for a project or a program, supporting a line of business or infrastructure domain.
5.       Serves as expert in IT systems architecture.  
6.       Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.  
7.       Makes well thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues.  
8.       Coordinates with users to determine requirements.  
9.       Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.  
10.   Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.  
11.   Acts as a resource for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.  
12.   Monitors projects schedules and costs.

1.       8 years of Data Architecture experience
2.       8 years of experience leading teams
3.       8 years of data integration/Provisioning experience
4.       8 years of experience in DW architecture
5.       8 years of Lead Architecture experience
