Director of Implementation / Project Management | Birmingham (Alabama)
Overview
This is a senior leadership role, reporting into C-Suite, responsible for owning and elevating the entire implementation function within a growing organization. The mandate is very clear: bring structure, consistency, and a high level of executional discipline to a function that sits directly in front of the client. You'd be leading and mentoring a team of implementation/project managers, while also setting the standard for how projects are delivered, ensuring timelines are tightly managed, details are consistently accurate, and clients feel a strong sense of confidence and control throughout the process. It's a role that requires someone who is both operationally rigorous and highly credible in front of clients.
The business is at an important stage of growth, so this hire will play a key role in stabilising, scaling, and professionalising the implementation function. It's a high-impact position with significant visibility internally and externally.
Base Salary : Circa $160k Dependant on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Commuter benefits, Disability Insurance more
Experience required:
- Experience in fast-paced customer environments
- Experienced in leading Implementation teams
- Ability to manage client expectations
- Managed PMO
- Project Management certified
- Managed Implementation Managers and demonstrable experience improving processes and standards
