Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience ($29-$38/hr) performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance issues
- Use advanced scan tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings clearly
- Support and mentor other technicians when needed
- Stay current with evolving technology, including hybrid and EV systems
- Perform repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Strong diagnostic experience (electrical and drivability preferred)
- ASE certifications preferred (reimbursement available)
- Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools and technology
- Interest or experience in hybrid/EV systems
- Strong communication skills with both team and advisors
