Restoration Contents & Structure Cleaning Technician

Position Summary:The Structure & Contents Restoration Technician plays a critical hands-on role in cleaning, restoring, and deodorizing residential structures and personal belongings affected by fire, smoke, or water damage.Responsibilities:·         Perform fire & smoke structure cleaning including HEPA vacuuming, chem-sponge cleaning, washing and deodorizing structural surfaces, and cleaning fixtures, doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware.·         Clean, deodorize, and restore household contents affected by fire, smoke, or water.·         Pack-out, inventory, label, photograph, and track customer belongings.·         Use restoration tools and equipment including hydroxyl units, foggers, chem sponges, HEPA vacuums, and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.·         Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles.·         Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.·         Document all work performed in our job management software.Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and adjusters.Qualifications:·         Prior cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or janitorial) required.·         Experience in fire, smoke, water, or contents cleaning is preferred.·         Reliable, punctual, and able to work 40 hours per week.·         Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.·         Valid driver’s license required.·         IICRC certifications (FSRT, WRT, ASD & AMRT) are a plus.Benefits:·         Medical, dental, and vision insurance·         401(k) with company match·         Paid vacationCareer advancement opportunitiesCompany DescriptionXpert Restoration is a rapidly growing emergency restoration company servicing the Cleveland, Pittsburgh & Cincinnati markets. Salary : $32,000 - $38,000
