Duties

- Utilize CRM software such as Leap to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Negotiate terms with clients to close sales and meet targets
- Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify potential leads and improve outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers
- Document all call activity accurately within CRM systems and report on sales performance regularly
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Leap or similar platforms
- Knowledge of outbound calling, and business development techniques
