Job Summary:
XPEL is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in San Antonio, TX. Core Duties:
- General corporate paralegal duties as directed by the general counsel, including:
- Records Management - file maintenance and document destruction
- Delegation of Authority compliance including preparation of documents for execution
- Insurance Policy Support - monitoring and renewal
- Corp Secretary Support - corporate records
- IP Portfolio management - tracking and renewals
- Privacy matters
- M&A support including due diligence support
- Reporting hotline support
- Real Estate support
- Other Duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of law firm or in-house corporate law experience
- Paralegal Certificate. Notary is a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to re-prioritize tasks quickly
- Analytical and strong proven problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
Salary - Salary Plan, 108,000.00 USD Annual
