Job Summary: XPEL is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in San Antonio, TX. You will strive to be an integral part of a growing, publicly traded, multi-national company, will learn and grow constantly, and be supported in all steps of the process by the team and leadership. Core Duties: General corporate paralegal duties as directed by the general counsel, including: Records Management - file maintenance and document destruction Delegation of Authority compliance including preparation of documents for execution Insurance Policy Support - monitoring and renewal Corp Secretary Support - corporate records IP Portfolio management - tracking and renewals Privacy matters M&A support including due diligence support Reporting hotline support Real Estate support Other Duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: 5 years of law firm or in-house corporate law experience Paralegal Certificate. Notary is a plus Positive attitude and ability to re-prioritize tasks quickly Analytical and strong proven problem-solving abilities Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Compensation: Salary - Salary Plan, 108,000.00 USD Annual XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
