About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic customer projects from kickoff through deployment and operational handover. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continued growth of our North American delivery organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation projects from initiation through successful deployment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and executive sponsors.
- Drive the delivery of SaaS, cloud, hardware, networking, and integrated technology solutions within airport environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the project management team.
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA, with an expectation of working from the office 2-3 days per week.
- Regular travel throughout North America, with occasional international travel.
- Collaboration with customers, partners, and global teams across North America and Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience managing complex customer-facing technology implementation projects.
- Strong background in software, hardware, cloud, networking, and system integration projects.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) and proven leadership or mentoring experience.
- Airport, aviation, transportation, or related industry experience preferred.
