What You'll Do

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You'll help customers get answers, solve issues, and choose systems that fit their needs.

• Guide customers through their buying journey-from first questions to final configurations

• Respond to customers via phone, live chat, and email with accuracy and professionalism

• Recommend systems for gamers, creators, and professionals

• Manage multiple active conversations while maintaining quality

• Resolve support tickets quickly and clearly

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve troubleshooting speed and customer clarity

• Work closely with a team that's passionate about technology and customer excellence

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion for technology, gaming, or high-performance PCs

• Ability to multitask effectively across multiple channels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Ability to handle tickets quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction

• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT for support

• Typing speed of 40 WPM

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be local to Lincoln, NE (on-site role)

Bonus Points

• 2–4 years of customer service or phone-based sales experience

• Familiarity with CRMs or support platforms

• Experience helping others build PCs or troubleshoot gaming setups
