Supply Technician (Lead) to support Supply Operations at Fort Bliss, Texas. The Supply Tech Lead will oversee daily material warehouse and supply operations and personnel supporting Army logistics requirements. This individual will also serve as the contractor’s Alternate Site lead responsible for operational oversight, customer coordination, workload management, reporting, environmental compliance, and personnel accountability in the Site Leads absence.

The individual will also ensure contractor personnel comply with all requisite safety, security, and training requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse material support operations.
- Supervise contractor personnel assigned to the operation.
- Coordinate directly with key Government and other contractor personnel.
- Receive, inspect, verify, store, issue, and track materiel.
- Ensure accurate inventory accountability and transaction processing.
- Input and maintain operational records, reports, and supporting documentation in various Army STAMIS to include GCSS-Army.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Army environmental, and safety regulations.
- Support quality control, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all subordinate personnel complete required training.
- Maintain awareness of workload fluctuations and adjust operations accordingly.
- Support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper use of Government systems and logistics databases.
- High School diploma (Bachelors preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Army supply, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience working within Army logistics environments.
- Knowledge of hazardous material (HAZMAT) handling and storage procedures.
- Experience with inventory accountability and warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of Army automated logistics systems, particularly GCSS-A.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- U.S citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in warehouse environments for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
