Storage Branch Supervisor: Supervises and manages all storage operations and personnel at the Equipment Consolidation Site (ECS). Ensures all storage functions such as receiving, issuing supplies, unloading, loading, performing inventories, producing inventory records, and providing inventory reports are performed safely, according to standard and properly documented.
This individual must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, walk, climb stairs, bend, push and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Education: HS degree.
Experience: Required Experience includes:
- Minimum of five years documented leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in assigned area of responsibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all installed product software at the user/operator level and automated data processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned equipment which will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate technical support to resolve any problem associated with these systems.
- Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to customers.
- Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
- Preferred Experience includes:
- a minimum of five years of experience around U.S. Army or Army Reserve storage, warehouse or supply operations,
- Experience as a user of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
- Familiarity and experience with the Army and Army Reserve’s retail and wholesale supply systems.
Clearance: Requires a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) prior to commencement of performance under this contract.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The Storage Branch Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing and ensuring the safety of all Warehouse and Storage personnel in the Storage Branch. This individual will use Global Combat Support System (GCSS), and/or other STAMIS systems, as the system of record for all storage and supply related functions, to accurately document all supply and storage related functions.
The Supervisor will ensure all storage functions such as receiving, issuing supplies, unloading, loading, performing inventories, producing inventory records, and providing inventory reports are performed safely, according to standard and properly documented. S/he will ensure that Branch personnel will package or prepare equipment for shipments; determine method of shipment, request shipment IAW with 63d policy and local Installation Transportation Office (ITO) guidance, and complete all documents required for shipment. S/he will ensure that Branch personnel will not accept equipment missing items without a Shortage Annex and an SF 364, Shipping Discrepancy Report, completed. All assigned periodic and annual inventories will be completed as scheduled.
The Storage Branch Supervisor ensures that unit equipment will be staged to support requirements such as exercises and equipment transfers IAW staging and draw plans and that all equipment is properly hand receipted during issue and turn-in. S/he will ensure that all equipment returning to the Storage branch is inspected for cleanliness and that no equipment will be accepted unless it is free from debris, trash, and dirt/mud. Likewise, all weapons will be cleaned IAW the equipment TM prior to the Branch accepting receipt of equipment.
