We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to be our first line of contact for providing support to customers on our elemental analysis instrumentation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize your manufacturing background to troubleshoot and document technical issues effectively.
- Troubleshooting and Documentation: Process and manage internal and field service repairs with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Inventory and Order Management: Conduct monthly audits and manage field service part inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Order Processing: Process replacement parts and consumable orders with precision.
- Administrative Tasks: Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

The compensation range for this role is $24-$30 USD per hour. The incumbent is expected to perform other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department or unit.
