The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $21 - $23 USD per hour.

This position is part of the Operations located in East Greenbush, NY and will be on-site.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Perform assembly for most processes within one cell, focusing on mechanical and electrical integration.
- Own and execute 1–2 tasks within a specific assembly process (e.g., optic assembly: dismount and assemble all
- optic types for the product line).
- Use hand and power tools to assemble subcomponents and final instruments.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Complete travelers, paperwork, and maintain accurate records of assembly activities.
- Adhere to manufacturing and quality control standards, including routine visual inspections and documented verification.
- Participate in 5S activities and maintain an organized work area.
- Conduct basic tests and support kanban processes.
- Report and assist with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Product Follow-Ups (PFUs).
- Manage inventory by dropping kanban cards and refilling bins as needed.
- Support routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
- Follow compliance and safety standards related to radiation and equipment handling.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common issues within assigned tasks.
- Seek assistance promptly when encountering problems beyond scope.
- 2 years in manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools.
