You are a recognized AI expert with deep expertise in agentic systems—particularly coding agents, reliable hierarchical planning, self-evolving agents, long research agent, latent space reasoing, Continuous Lifelong Learning Agents, fine-tuning, RL, gradient Descent, GNNs. You have rich demonstrated experience in applied AI research for deep Agents, yet your instinct is to quickly translate ideas into robust, scalable products. You have strong clarity on the evolving waves of AI and the ability to identify the right technical direction to build a compelling, differentiated product. You thrive in early-stage environments and are energized by ownership—preferring to steer through uncertainty and build something meaningful rather than joining an already charted course. You are excited by a true 0→1 opportunity to define a new class of AI systems. You think deeply about how intelligent systems can learn faster and more reliably, how human-in-the-loop workflows can meaningfully amplify productivity, and how technical architecture can establish a durable moat. You also understand how product capabilities can compound over time to create an ecosystem flywheel and sustain long-term advantage. You bring 5 years of experience building advanced AI systems, ideally with a PhD in AI (or equivalent) from a top-tier institution. A degree in Electrical Engineering or exposure to chip design, EDA is strongly preferred. In this role, you will shape the core intelligence architecture of the company, lead frontier research that directly influences product, and establish technology moat for the product. You will represent company in external forums. This is high Bar role & so is high company stakes at offer. This role can potentially evolve as cofounder.
