Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Pay: As per Market (Only Xoriant W2)
Responsibilities:
An experienced consultant to support in optimizing telematics/fleet system. This role focuses on enhancing system development, driving user adoption, maximizing operational value, and ensuring seamless management of telematics infrastructure. The ideal person will bring technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and strong collaboration skills to help streamline processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and promptly respond to inquiries in the telematics support inbox, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction (this is their internal support inbox for the field)
- Develop and manage user access, permissions, and configurations within the dashboard to align with organizational needs.
- Partner with division teams to proactively monitor device health, perform maintenance, and minimize downtime.
- Oversee hardware procurement, including ordering, shipping logistics, and inventory tracking for devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot device malfunctions, coordinating replacements through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize telematics data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop clear, user-friendly work procedures, job aids, and documentation to facilitate system adoption and training.
Qualifications
- Proven familiarity with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with telematics systems in industrial settings is a plus
