Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to drive proactive sourcing strategies for complex, hard-to-fill semiconductor R&D and engineering roles. This role focuses on building strong pipelines across GPU, SoC, and system-level engineering teams by engaging highly skilled, passive talent. The ideal candidate combines deep market knowledge with advanced sourcing techniques and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for advanced semiconductor and hardware engineering roles
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence
- Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, recruitment branding, and social platforms
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities
Requirements:
- 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience; 2 years in semiconductor or hardware engineering roles
- Experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, or Architecture profiles
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and market research
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior-level engineering talent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
